Relay For Life is the American Cancer Society’s signature activity. Several teams take part in each relay, raising much-needed funds to fight cancer and raise awareness of cancer prevention and treatment.
While the Relay itself is a 24-hour event, fundraising is a year-round activity. With over $5,000 raised last year, the annual Jingle Bell Run has become one of our largest single sources of donation funds. Over the last several years, the Boardman Rotary Team has generated the largest contribution of any team at the Boardman event, raising in excess of $70,000.
